My new system is so much more comfortable than my old one. I am keep the temperature on 76 deg now rather than 72 like on my old system. An immediate drop in my electric bill of about 50% is much appreciated, I can’t believe my old system used that much more electricity. Thanks again, I will be buying the same one for my mother soon.

I was referred to Ellis Air Conditioning by my neighbor. I did not know the age of my air conditioning system when Ellis arrived to repair it. The technician let me know what was wrong in a timely manner. The technician also let me know before the repair that my carrier unit was still under a manufacturer’s warranty. Ellis repaired my air conditioner under a part warranty even though they did not install my condenser. Honesty goes a long way with me, hence the good review.

| Up front pricing, honest repair |

Up front pricing on all air conditioning repairs and service. I searched for air conditioning repair Dallas TX on Google and several companies came up. I called 3 companies to come give me a quote on repairing my carrier air conditioner. The first one advertised "No Service Call", I would have been better off paying for 5 of Ellis air conditioning's service calls. The "No Service Call" company found several unnecessary things to charge me for. The other company never showed up or called. Ellis Air Conditioning's technician showed up on time and rewired my unit up where my dog chewed the wires loose. Ellis Air Conditioning only charged me a service call to fix my unit. Use Ellis Air Conditioning and Heating.
